00:00 "What we discussed in the Cabinet's power of attorney on the implementation of the Dadah Road. One, we have practiced the move of the first order of the Prime Minister in 2024.
00:27 The order has been changed to the order of 2004, which means 20 years.
00:34 Where we give pressure on the new approach for prevention and also for recovery.
00:50 For that, several modus operandi have been taken, especially in terms of the ease of practice by the Ministry of Health, where there are only 14 practices with a rather busy process.
01:10 And this is related to the issue of the invitation, especially when these materials are forced from the test, the study of these practices to be brought to court.
01:29 The meeting decided that the Ministry of Health will provide a paper from the Cabinet to require a change of new practices with more advanced technology to conduct a study test of the Dadah materials and also their application.
01:57 The second, we have also discussed the new approach, the modus operandi of communication, where we no longer want to use conventional approaches to approach the target group.
02:12 Prevention must be done, but recovery must be done immediately. Because we see an increase in the number of requests starting from circulation.
02:27 So there must be a request and an offer in this matter, for that reason, the Ministry of Communication must take a stand against the different target groups and also the different mediums of communication that must be done.
02:44 And besides that, we also want to see that the steps of the invitation, even though it has been tightened, but we still see that there are still loopholes that must be tightened to implement the enforcement of this invitation.
03:11 I thank the Ministry of Health, especially the Drug Crime Investigation Department, the AADK and also the Customs and Border Protection Department, and also the Ministry of Health for coordinating all these efforts to be carried out.
03:31 And we hope that in the coming Cabinet, we will get the latest materials in the middle of the challenge to be implemented so that there is an impact on the decisions we make today.
03:51 Thank you.
