00:00 And it's being picked up all over the country.
00:03 This is from M Live.
00:05 That's up in Michigan, talking about Lane Kiffin,
00:07 talking about college football's disaster.
00:09 Lane Kiffin, when he says something,
00:11 people listen nationally.
00:13 He gets clicks.
00:14 The same reason that he's mentioned
00:15 in every coaching search is the same reason
00:17 when he talks in this situation,
00:19 it actually goes out to people.
00:22 Now, what is a disaster right now?
00:27 You hear people talk about everything
00:29 and they like to lump everything together,
00:31 the transfer portal, the NIL, the whole nine yards.
00:34 It's a disaster.
00:35 It's crazy.
00:37 And I think it's important to realize
00:40 that NIL is not playing as a part of this disaster
00:43 really at all.
00:45 NIL just changed the way that collectives
00:47 and things like that had to work.
00:49 Lane Kiffin is not bitching about that.
00:53 What has Lane Kiffin upset?
00:57 Is roster management.
01:00 That's it.
01:01 It's the multiple transfer terms
01:04 that has Lane Kiffin worked up,
01:07 has all coaches worked up
01:09 because you can't genuinely coach your roster
01:14 and like really lay into them
01:16 if you're worried April 15th or December 1st
01:20 that a player is gonna hop up and leave
01:22 where you can't count on them in the future.
01:26 My everydayers can attest to the fact
01:28 that I have said that the program has long since been dead.
01:32 The 2008 Urban Meyer Florida teams, they don't exist.
01:36 Now it's all about the 2024 team,
01:41 the 2025 team, the 2026 team.
01:44 There's not really any crossover between them
01:48 and any crossover between them is coincidental at best.
01:54 So it is important for you
01:56 in this modern state of college football,
01:59 if everybody wants to listen to how Ole Miss is doing it,
02:02 this is how Ole Miss is doing it.
02:04 Ole Miss's brand that they put out,
02:08 and this is the brand that everybody sees, is fun.
02:11 It's fun to play there.
02:13 They do stuff that's a little bit on the lighter side.
02:15 They don't have a couple of practices.
02:18 It's fun.
02:19 Practicing football is not fun.
02:21 So if you can practice football less,
02:23 you're going to have an advantage.
02:25 Ole Miss has one of the best,
02:26 most efficient collectives in the country.
02:29 Not the biggest war chest,
02:31 the most efficient collectives
02:33 that is completely well run.
02:35 And they have a football coach that's kind of cool.
02:39 It's fun and they have nice facilities.
02:41 That is how Ole Miss is doing this.
