Transcript
00:00 >> You've gotten on the field a little bit.
00:02 You've had to go through the freshman initiation of learning the playbook and
00:05 all that.
00:06 How has your first year gone?
00:08 >> It's been going good.
00:09 I think I've been learning a lot from the older guys and
00:12 just getting a lot of experience watching the games live in person.
00:15 >> You feel kind of, I'm sure they didn't have it in the recruiting pitch for
00:19 you that they're gonna go to a national championship right away.
00:23 >> No, they didn't.
00:24 >> You had kind of spinning over the being here and doing all this?
00:27 >> Yeah, I just feel blessed to be here and have this opportunity to learn from all
00:30 these guys and learn what it takes to get to this level.
00:33 >> Now, you've gotten out on the field a few times.
00:35 Do you have a memory of hitting somebody or doing something out there, good or bad?
00:39 >> I mean, this last game in the Sugar Bowl,
00:43 I made a little bit of a tackle, I slowed him down.
00:46 So I feel like that was my first real excitement on kickoff.
00:49 >> And you were on kickoff coverage team?
00:51 >> Yes.
00:52 >> Is that the only special teams you were on this year?
00:54 >> Yeah, that was on only special teams I was on this year in the game.
00:57 >> And what, they put you in three or four games?
00:59 >> Yeah, I think that was my sixth game that I played.
01:02 >> That's a free one because it's postseason.
