00:18 he gets open better than anybody in the league.

00:20 So that is something that's important.

00:22 But I think when I first met Justin, my first day in the league, in Minnesota,

00:27 he said, Quase, I just wanna put wins on the board.

00:31 And so at some point, though, it's gotta be a trust in how we're building this

00:34 going forward to set us up in a sustained window to win for a long time.

00:38 And we've gotta earn that trust, of course, but

00:41 I think that's a conversation we have.

00:42 I think you gotta treat players like partners.

00:44 You gotta bring them in and have those conversations with them, and

00:46 that's something we'll do with Justin.

00:48 >> Do you seek his feedback on what he wants in a quarterback, or

00:51 is it just keeping him updated on what you're doing?

00:53 >> Kevin has a little bit more of those conversations than me,

00:55 in terms of feedback.

00:56 I know, again, a lot of receivers just want somebody to throw them the ball when

01:00 they're open, can process at a high level things we talked about, and

01:03 then be accurate with the football when it's time to do so.

01:10 is there a world where you would ever consider making him available for
