For Black History Month, Billboard is celebrating by highlighting some of the greatest Black executives in music, and today we're celebrating, President, Founder and CEO of Femme It Forward Heather Lowery.

00:04 For Black History Month, Billboard is celebrating by highlighting some of the
00:08 greatest Black executives in music. And today, we're celebrating Heather Lowry.
00:12 Femmett Forward is a female-led entertainment company. Our mission is to celebrate,
00:22 educate, and empower women.
00:24 Heather Lowry is a champion for women. As president and CEO of Femmett Forward,
00:28 she uplifts women in music and entertainment. Femmett Forward does everything from presenting
00:33 concert experiences to honoring accomplishments in music with events like their pre-Grammy high
00:38 tea.
00:39 The celebration of women and all the amazing things that we accomplish
00:43 despite our challenges and circumstances. I just want you to know that we see you,
00:48 we feel you, we breathe you, and we are so proud of you.
00:53 Heather also creates panels where women can share their ideas and experiences
00:56 and give her flowers in awards gala highlighting and celebrating outstanding women.
01:02 I just wanted to #giveherflowers just to celebrate women in music and entertainment.
01:07 And so now it's manifested into a whole night where we give awards to
01:11 the women in the industry that are doing dope things.
01:14 As a partner at Live Nation, Heather has created multiple music events.
01:18 Using those successes and her unique vision,
01:21 she paved her own way and the way for other women too by creating Femmett Forward.
01:26 I want you to know that you are worthy of celebrating all of your wins, all of them,
