00:00 >> Jim, so many of your assistants having NFL experience,
00:04 and Carol and Belichick on staff, is part of your pitch too that this is a place
00:08 that's gonna get you ready for the NFL, and you feel like that plays up even more,
00:12 given the current landscape of college?
00:14 >> Yeah, I mean, I think NFL is a lot more important than NIL.
00:18 And I think when you have an opportunity to sell the NFL, you should do it.
00:23 The difference of some programs is they wanna sell it, we can tell it.
00:28 We can tell you what it's actually like.
00:30 Steve Belichick and Brennan Carroll have lived,
00:35 breathed, and were born into the National Football League.
00:39 There is no question that both of our coordinators, forget their 14 years or
00:43 seven years of coaching experience in it, they have 40 years or 36 years of living
00:47 in it, I would expect that we will have two of the four members of
00:53 the Mount Rushmore walking around our building very often.
00:56 And I think when you can get that done, that's an incredible opportunity for
00:59 the kids.
01:00 On top of that, I've been fortunate to coach in the NFL myself for 14 years.
01:06 A running back coach, played in the NFL for seven years.
01:09 And the safeties coach we just hired played in the NFL, was a fifth round pick.
01:14 And when you get all those guys here, we can tell these kids what it looks like,
01:18 what it feels like, what to expect.
01:21 What's real money look like?
01:22 Not NIL money, but actually the real money, the real salaries.
01:25 The opportunity to get a second contract and make 10x, 20x,
01:29 30x, what you ever dreamt of making on a college program.
01:33 And we hope that not only does our messaging hit, but we hope our scheme hits.
01:39 And that when the NFL watches our games, which they all will,
01:43 they will see what it looks like at the collegiate level to run NFL scheme.
01:48 And we hope that that translates to the draft.
