00:03 Which means it's a great time for us to change and reinvent ourselves in this fast-paced life.
00:09 For me, it's all about reinventing my kitchen tools and accessories.

00:35 I'm going to show you baked stuffed vegetables with a spicy tomato sauce.
00:40 Let's begin with the first component and that is stuffing the vegetables.
00:50 For which, what I have done is I've cut some vegetables and converted them into little cups.
00:57 I've created little hollows, say a red onion, some bell peppers, zucchini, brinjal, tomatoes, mushrooms.
01:07 Vegetables of your choice, well these are my personal favourites.
01:10 You can go all out and bring in the vegetables of your choice.
01:12 Let's begin with grated cauliflower.
01:15 Well, this itself makes the recipe quite unusual.
01:20 Instead of taking rice or soya chunks or soya granules, well cauliflower just does magic.
01:25 To this, let's add in cooked white peas.
01:29 Freshly chopped coriander leaves.
01:32 Salt as required.
01:34 And finally some Chilli Powder.
01:37 Let's mix all of this well.
01:40 With this our stuffing mixture is done and ready.
01:45 Let's keep this aside and begin with stuffing the vegetables.

01:59 well our vegetables are stuffed and ready.
02:14 Let's now move on to the baking process, for which of course I have a baking tray.
02:19 Well, I personally feel baking trays are quite unsung heroes in the kitchen,
02:23 which generally go unnoticed.
02:25 Today, let's change that forever with our trusty sidekick,
02:28 the Xylus Durable Non-stick Baking Tray from Thin Kitchen.
02:32 Let's arrange our stuffed vegetables on the baking tray.
02:36 You can literally place these vegetables the way you please,
02:43 because the heat distribution is as even as it gets due to its heavy duty Carbon Steel.
02:49 This is literally like a red carpet for our lovely little stuffed vegetables.
02:53 Let's now start baking these at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 22 minutes.
02:58 Let the flavour alchemy begin.
03:00 While our stuffed vegetables are having a field day in the oven,
03:09 let's quickly move on to making the Tomato Sauce,
03:12 using our masterclass Smart Space Non-stick Saucepan.
03:15 The best part about this saucepan is that it's stackable,
03:18 meaning it won't take up too much of your space.
03:21 The one size fits all lid and sits comfortably on top.
03:25 Let's begin with Salted Butter.
03:37 Let's add in paste of Garlic and Green Chillies.
03:40 And along with this, Red Chilli Powder.
03:44 Let's stir this well.
03:47 And when the raw flavour goes away, I'm going to add in Tomato Pulp.
03:52 Along with this, Tomato Ketchup.
03:57 And along with this, Salt, Sugar and Dried Oregano.
04:06 Let's stir this well and allow this to simmer on medium flame for at least 20 minutes.
04:11 Ensure that the rawness of the tomatoes go away.
04:14 And the sauce is nice, silken, smooth and well cooked.
04:19 Our spicy Tomato Sauce is piping hot,
04:22 but with the help of the comfortable grip handle,
04:25 which can be easily attached and detached,
04:27 it makes it easy to lift and pour.
04:30 With this, our sauce is done and ready.
04:32 And with this, off goes the flame.
04:34 Our vegetables, which are stuffed of course, are baked and ready.
04:38 And we also have our spicy Tomato Sauce, which is done and ready.
04:42 Let's quickly move on to the third component and that is,
04:45 uniting these two components and serving this.
