Pemerintah membutuhkan sebanyak 250.000 ASN fresh graduate, dengan talenta digital untuk mengisi formasi kepegawaian di Ibu Kota Negara Nusantara di Kalimantan. Pemerintah sendiri ingin mendorong, integrasi sistem Smart ASN yang akan ditugaskan di IKN Nusantara.
