00:13 Yeah, Vito, real interesting. On Tuesday, many had thought that, okay, if the commanders were going to be visiting town, that they would not let the meeting end without giving Ben Johnson the job.
00:25 And then soon after the reports came out that Johnson was going to be meeting with the commanders again, it was done.
00:31 It was reported that Ben Johnson actually informed both teams, the Seahawks and the commanders, that he wanted to return to the Detroit Lions.
00:41 And really, Vito, when you look at Ben Johnson, a real loyal individual that really wants to see the job through.
00:47 And once the team fell to the 49ers in that fashion, I think it would have been really tough for Ben Johnson just to simply walk away.
00:55 There's unfinished business in regards to the Detroit Lions taking the next step from being a team that just gets into the playoffs, wins a couple games, to being legit contenders to win a Lombardi trophy.
01:08 And I think that Ben Johnson understands that when you survey the landscape, Seahawks, that situation versus the commander situation, and then you compare it to what he's got going on with the Lions.
01:20 The Lions organization right now, heads and tails, I think, above a lot of situations that Ben Johnson could find himself in.
01:29 And being that he's still only 37 years old, he's going to get an opportunity potentially to earn more money and get rewarded for the work that he's done.
01:36 And I think the more experience that he can gain working under Dan Campbell will only help him in the future.
01:43 And potentially, if he's potentially putting feelers out there, there are bigger jobs that he could potentially land in 2024.
01:52 Maybe even Dallas, Kansas City, big-time jobs that could open up at the end of the '24 season.
02:00 So for Ben Johnson, I think that when he weighs the pros and cons of leaving, staying in Detroit definitely, definitely was a decision that probably is right for him and right for all parties involved.
