00:00 When I started to share some Chinese, like me cooking Chinese,

00:04 I was a bit afraid that everybody was,

00:07 "Okay, that's not authentic, a foreigner, they can't cook Chinese."

00:11 I was a bit afraid there would be that kind of feedback,

00:14 but in the end it's quite the opposite.

00:16 Everybody's very encouraging, the comments are very positive.

00:21 So when I do something they think is well done,

00:26 then it's a lot of encouragement, "Okay, you're doing great."

00:29 When I do something maybe wrong in the recipe,

00:32 a lot of people are going to give me some advice,

00:34 like saying, "Okay, you should have done like that.

00:36 It's better to use that product instead of that one."

00:39 And so I learn a lot from the comments also.
