00:16 But the scene shifts to northern Virginia.
00:19 Governor Yunkin and folks are advocating and looking
00:23 at a variety of alternatives to plan the $2 billion
00:28 proposed complex for the Wizards, the Capitals,
00:31 Monumental Sports Headquarters, Potomac Yards.
00:34 The key to it is the transportation system,
00:37 Maryland, Virginia, and DC.
00:39 So $750 million budget today deficit.
00:43 This would be a process that may eliminate that deficit as part
00:47 of an overall concert hall, parking garage,
00:50 corporate headquarters, training facility,
00:53 and obviously the arena.
00:54 Not done yet, but they seem to have
00:56 the appropriate number of political supporters
01:00 and the right message to get it across the finish line.
