00:00 You try to put yourself in positions to win the games.
00:05 I felt like at Colorado, up seven with five minutes to go.
00:08 We got to execute better.
00:10 Our defense broke down, but we put ourselves in position.
00:14 And we got to close better.
00:17 And then at Utah, this team's so resilient.
00:21 Like we'd never-- like down 11, things aren't going well.
00:24 Then we go up 15.
00:26 Couple breakdowns at the end for threes.
00:29 And these are really good teams on the road.
00:31 So to sustain the level that we have to play in,
00:35 we've got to do better on the defensive end,
00:36 and we've got to finish with rebounding.
00:38 That's just what it is.
00:39 You've got to get stops and rebound.
00:42 Obviously, you can depend on that scoring.
00:45 You miss shot, make a shot.
00:46 What you can't let it do is affect the other end.
00:49 And we scored enough points to win both games,
00:53 but we didn't make the plays down the stretch
00:55 to win the games.
00:57 Talk to me a little bit about the card combination
01:00 that you got Nate and Korn together.
01:03 You know, after the Colorado game,
01:12 the staff, we all decided, hey, listen,
01:13 let's see if we can get nine guys in there.
01:16 We played.
01:16 I thought the Utah game, Nate Calmes came in,
01:20 just gives you a really high IQ player, can really shoot it.
01:26 And they did really good.
01:28 They're dynamic.
01:29 They're fast.
01:30 Now we got to keep working with the consistency defensively.
01:33 We know KJ is like a--
01:34 he's a disruptor.
01:35 Like he can do that, but he has to be more disciplined
01:38 in certain situations.
01:40 So that's part of it.
01:42 So you have a really good offensive team,
01:44 and you have some guys that are really good defensively.
01:46 And so how do we mix and match that?
01:48 But those guys are great young players,
01:51 and they impacted the game for the most part.
01:54 So improving defensively.
