Recipe Side dish

In the family of original sauces for pasta... We call the parsley and peanuts pesto! You don't have to use basil to make a delicious pesto a with super fresh notes that change from traditional pesto, where pine nuts have been replaced by toasted peanuts! A no bake sauce that will go wonderfully with your pasta dishes, but also in sandwiches or bruschetta for example! :-)

Ingredients:

- 1 oz parmesan cheese (or Grana Padano, or pecorino cheese)
- 1 oz peanuts (toasted, unsalted)
