01:40 There is also a condition that if the IAL achieves a certain threshold, the government will get 30% of its profits.
01:56 But we know that public transport usually has a high chance of getting profits, but it has been in operation for more than 20 years.
02:10 We hope that in a short period of time, this can be achieved by the IAL.
02:17 Every passenger who uses the KYA has to pay PSE. PSE for domestic travel is RM11.
02:26 For international travel, the KYA Terminal 1 is RM73. Terminal 2 is RM50.
02:34 The KYA Terminal 1 has to pay RM1 from the domestic passenger to the IAL.
02:46 International passengers who use international passengers have to pay RM5.
02:50 But it is not an additional fee. It is in the payment.
02:55 It is not an additional fee to the passenger.
02:57 From that, it is paid to the IAL. But at the expense of the government.
03:04 So if this component does not need to be paid to the IAL, then it is a government component that we do not need to pay.
03:13 I understand that they do not intend to increase the number of passengers.
03:19 But I encourage them to find new approaches. For example, introducing monthly pass to daily passengers.
03:28 Because in the KYA, there is a group of passengers who use this service every day.
03:33 For example, those who work at Terminal 1, Terminal 2, flight crew, and also people who work in the flight ecosystem.
03:42 That is why we have made a pilot project where we have installed solar panels in three areas.
03:57 The next one, which is the highest electric bill we pay is for traction power, for trains.
04:08 So the government has encouraged and allowed us to do that.
04:17 So the next project will be to put solar panels for traction power for trains.
04:22 We have just recovered from the COVID pandemic.
04:27 We are trying to get more ridership to get back to the 2019 level.
04:38 And as YB mentioned earlier, he challenged us to get additional 1 million passengers.
04:45 So we have to work hard in order to get that level of passengers first.
04:50 Maybe then we will be able to get the next level.
