00:00Okay, good morning everyone. I mean this is my first case in the history of Michael Chow working in the Public Complaints Bureau.
00:12The man here referred to as Mr. Lee. What happened is he went online and suddenly he found a very interesting evidence where this young girl wanted somebody to conceive.
00:37In other words, if she can conceive, he will pay one million ringgit. So Mr. Lee, when he saw this photograph, he thought, wow, very good.
00:53He wanted to have this after all, free sex. And after free sex, if successful, also get one million, who don't want? So he was thinking like that.
01:07So he said, okay, so this woman later told Mr. Lee, you don't worry, I will arrange a hotel for you to come. Then we will have the sex.
01:19Hopefully you are successful. Even if you are not successful, I will pay you a certain amount. The amount to pay to Mr. Lee for the sex is one million ringgit if successful.
01:36If not successful, also he will pay in stages. He will pay 300,000, then pay in stages until she gets successfully conceived. Before he can meet him, he must refer to a lawyer.
01:56He got a lawyer and the lawyer will keep an agreement. So among the contract here, confidential, you cannot tell anyone, everything, there are so many, all contextual agreement here.
02:18And of course, he also put this legal firm, SP Chen, this legal firm was associated with him. And I have never seen such an agreement number with such a long figure.
02:36Even this picture, I can guarantee you, it's a fake. This picture, this lady or this girl, the scammer must have picked up from the online or scams from anywhere to use the product to cheat on the Facebook.
02:53So that thing went on and the lady told him to pay 1,000 to introduce him to a lawyer, to a legal firm, 1,000. So after he paid 1,000, he was asked to pay more.
03:09Because why you have to pay this processing fees and also you have to pay many other fees, the foreign exchange fees. And he said they are operating in Singapore.
03:27So our friend also agreed and also there is an agreement that he must sign the contract within 48 hours. He will first receive 300,000 and the balance of 7,000 will be paid once it's conceded.
03:42After you pay, first you pay 1,000 because I have to introduce my lawyer to you and everything. And from there, many conversations where he ended up paying up 25,000.
03:58Then the scammer request for another 30,000 where he stopped. He didn't want to give. This scammer so-called, the name is Chen Huilu. This is the English name here.
04:15He introduced as Chen Huilu and I can tell you definitely that this photograph is a fake one. I mean this woman is innocent. Maybe this scammer picked up from the Facebook and used her. So she is a victim.
04:34And the same thing as I said, the law firm also been used probably. As I said, they can know how to pick local law firm and they also will check with the park council and this firm is legal. But their name, everything has been used. Fortunately used by the scammer.
05:00But we won't do this kind of agreement in Chinese.
05:06I cannot even think of a word. Is it a scam or in Chinese they borrow the sperm. Chinese are direct translation.
