01:36 Kalamay Hati, suman, ibus, the product of young coconut, bucarillo and bukayo.

01:46 We put a lot of coconut to make it chewy, ma'am.
01:50 And the one that is not hard, just enough to make it delicious.
01:56 To make baybay, we put the sticky rice in the washing machine and wash it.
