01:14 This time, Easton, Buddy's Villa, which was the last one,

01:21 A lot of great ones.
01:22 A lot of history, a lot of old school places,
01:24 50, 80 years old.
01:26 The family's running them.
01:27 The vibe's immaculate.

01:30 Right now, I'd have to say Buddy's Villa is my favorite.
