00:02 Start by boiling baby gold potatoes in salted water
00:04 until they're nice and soft.
00:05 And lay them out on a parchment lined baking sheet
00:07 covered with a little olive oil.
00:09 Drizzle them with more olive oil
00:10 and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
00:13 These go into the oven at 425 degrees
