00:00 So here we are with Friday.
00:01 The animation look at the snow there
00:03 into Kansas and widespread rain.
00:04 Wall of it moving east through
00:06 East Texas into Louisiana.
00:07 We need their drought relief,
00:08 but it's going to be a certainly
00:10 trickier day for travel for I-10,
00:12 even parts of I-20.
00:13 Most of the rain in Dallas is going
00:14 to be in the early morning,
00:16 then exiting stage right.
00:17 We have some lingering snow showers.
00:19 In fact,
00:19 a new round of some light snow into
00:21 Denver in the afternoon and evening.
00:23 Some snow showers and light snow
00:24 into into Minneapolis in the
00:26 afternoon and evening.
00:26 Pretty good shape for the east,
00:28 but in Seattle you have the next
00:30 round of rain sliding on in.
00:32 So some minor delays late Friday in Seattle.
00:34 We have some lingering snow
00:35 into Helena, Montana,
00:36 Salt Lake City.
00:37 You could see an inch or two of snow
00:39 on Friday and there will be some
00:41 more significant travel delays.
00:42 There's the nature of accumulating
00:44 snow into the Southwest.
00:45 We're in good shape except for in
00:47 Denver with some of that snow and
00:48 also the Wasatch Mountains,
00:49 the Uintas and into parts of
00:51 the Colorado Rockies.
00:52 There will obviously be some tricky
00:53 travel through the passes and in
00:55 the higher elevations mentioned.
00:56 The light snow up into Minneapolis
00:58 will also some of that will move
00:59 into the Bismarck area in the
01:01 afternoon and look out for a mix
01:03 of some rain and snow into Kansas
01:04 City late in the day.
01:06 Here we have a lot of trouble.
01:07 Rain showers in Oklahoma City,
01:09 Dallas in the morning,
01:10 Houston during the day,
01:11 especially early and into Little
01:12 Rock in the afternoon.
01:13 Drenching rain from Baton Rouge to New Orleans.
01:15 Just a wall of rain.
01:16 Slowdowns will be very likely there.
01:18 The CES in the southeast,
01:19 farther South and East there from
01:21 Nashville down to Miami.
01:22 Good shape there.
01:23 Ohio Valley to the lower Great Lakes.
01:25 No trouble there.
01:26 Northeast were in excellent shape.
01:27 And the rest of the I-95.
01:29 It's your quiet day Friday before a
01:31 lot of trouble arrives come Saturday
01:33 and then look at that big spike
01:35 for flight cancellations on Tuesday.
01:37 That's tied to that big storm system.
