00:00 Midwestern storms could make for
00:01 some major travel delays.

00:07 Well, let's take a trip across the
00:11 country with your national travel
00:12 weather forecast starting you off
00:14 in the northwest where we aren't
00:15 really expecting any delays.
00:17 You're in the clear though it is
00:18 going to be a little steamy outside.
00:20 We're in the triple digits in Boise,
00:22 Reno and then even in the upper mid to
00:25 upper 80s along the I-5 corridor
00:26 from Seattle to Portland.
00:28 So again it is going to be toasty
00:29 outside and it's going to be even toastier.
00:32 I don't know if that's a word or
00:33 not in Las Vegas, the Phoenix,
00:35 and that's why I put a minor delay
00:37 box on this because it's so hot
00:39 that maybe the tarmac does start
00:40 to melt or there have been some
00:42 reports of people passing out in
00:44 these very hot temperatures.
00:45 So minor delays still going to be
00:47 possible as we shift a little bit
00:48 further towards our east though.
00:50 You'll notice the minor delays in
00:51 Denver and Albuquerque as well.
00:52 Well, we are expecting some storms
00:54 that could produce some gusty or
00:56 winds so that can cause some minor
00:57 delays similar story in Casper,
00:59 but across the rest of the.
01:01 Upper Midwest and northern Plains.
01:02 No delays.
01:03 You're in the clear now as we
01:04 slide a little bit further South.
01:06 You're in the clear to from Dallas,
01:08 Little Rock to New Orleans as well.
01:09 And then as we take this into the Southeast,
01:12 well, no delays really in Atlanta and Jacksonville,
01:14 but minor with the storms in Nashville,
01:16 Raleigh and even down towards Miami too.
01:18 As well.
01:18 Now as we slide towards the Midwest,
01:20 well we are anticipating some severe weather,
01:22 so major delays going to be possible
01:24 from Chicago to Detroit to Indianapolis.
01:26 Thursday though,
01:26 across the Midwest,
01:27 you're in the clear and then just
01:29 minor delays possible in areas like
01:31 Baltimore and Washington DC with the storms.
