A look ahead to a big month.

00:00 What can you see coming out of the January window?
00:22 Nothing is official yet, nothing is formally agreed but we all expect it to go through.
00:30 In terms of what else to expect in January, not a huge amount.
00:37 United are really struggling in terms of FFP, the Champions League and being eliminated from that is a huge factor in that as well.
00:46 There is a feeling that they may need to move players on.
00:54 I don't think there's an absolute panic of Salah players in January as such but I think there's a feeling in and around the club that if they could move one or two players from the fringes of the squad that would be a big help.
01:05 The obvious one they would obviously like to move on is Jadon Sancho. He hasn't played since the start of September, it's going to be four months by the time we get into January.
01:16 There's just no way back for him at Manchester United so if they could move him on that would be great.
01:20 If they could move him on for a significant fee I think everyone at United would take a big sigh of relief.
01:25 I think that looks unlikely. A low move from what I'm hearing looks more likely from him.
01:30 I think there are quite a few European clubs interested in him but whether his reputation has taken a bit of a hit with everything that's happened and whether a club would be willing to just pay money up front for him, I would doubt that personally.
01:44 Other players who could move on, I mean Anthony Martial is a player they would definitely like to move on.
01:49 They wanted to sell him in the summer, they didn't get a buyer or the buyer didn't emerge.
01:56 I think there is a little bit of interest in Saudi Arabia from what I've heard. I think in general United are monitoring Saudi Arabia and would potentially be keen to move some of their unwanted players on if that becomes a possibility.
02:08 And just to say on Martial, his contract is up in the summer and he can start talking with other clubs outside of, I can't remember if it's Europe, it's certainly not in England.
02:21 I can't remember if it's Europe or just the world. He's already started speaking to clubs outside of Saudi Arabia. He's in that as well.
02:28 Who else could move on? Sorry. Casemiro and Varane, I don't really know how much they fit in.
02:36 I mean it's incredible to think that this time a year ago how key they would have been.
02:39 Varane in particular, I'd have said last week that there doesn't really look like there's any way back for him and suddenly all the centre-backs get injured and now he's got his chance again.
02:47 I think he's been really good in the last two games. I think if there's, depending on how long that injury is to Maguire, I don't know whether he'll maybe potentially move on.
02:55 But I think there's a possibility both Varane and Casemiro could leave in January.
02:59 Yeah, so there's five players that could potentially move on. I think in terms of incomings, I think it looks unlikely that there's going to be any big moves.
03:07 I wouldn't be surprised if United go back into the loan market. I mean last January they sank three players on loan, Butlin, Sibitzer and Vegkors.
03:15 I wouldn't be surprised if they do something similar again. I know there's interest in Thibaut from Nice.
03:20 Nice of course, Ineos owned, which is a nice little subplot in that.
03:24 But I don't know whether or not, I just don't know if they'll have the finances to complete that one.
03:28 There's a bit of tentative interest in Daniel Malin as well and Dortmund.
03:33 Again, I'd be dubious if that one happens. But look, it's a long window and I think their first aim is to clear a few players maybe and then take it from there really.
03:42 really.
