00:13 ringgit and five charges for failing to declare her income to the Inland Revenue Board.
00:19 Her lawyer Datuk Firoz Hussein Ahmad Jamaluddin informed High Court Judge K. Munyandi that
00:25 the representation sent on Tuesday contained "serious issues that needed to be considered
00:30 by the Attorney General."
00:32 This is the third representation sent by the wife of former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib
00:37 Tun Razak.
00:39 The first and second representations, that were submitted in May and August, have not
00:44 been decided by the Attorney General's chambers yet.
00:48 Lawyer Amer Hamza Arshad, also representing Rosmah in his submission, said his client
00:52 would not get a fair trial because the 17 charges were flawed and misleading.
00:58 The hearing of the application continues on January 16.
01:01 Rosmah, who is 72 years old, filed the notice of motion to be acquitted and discharged of
01:07 all the 17 charges on October 4, 2020.
