00:00 Q: May have election of delegates? "I filed that in 3 congresses. We'll try to pursue it by next year. I think early on the result of our 3rd regular session we will tackle the amendment of 1987."

00:25 Q: Before the summer break? "I think in coordination with other congressperson, other upper house, I think we can get the target. I think before SONA if ever."

00:47 Q: May SONA? "I don't know. We'll try."

00:52 Q: But the election of the delegates will not happen before the 2025 elections for jury? "That is part of the mode we are going to tackle. It was vote. They call us, the PI, and we have 3 modes. So I think we have to start early next year. So wait na lang po tayo paano yung restart na."

01:15 Q: Economic provisions? "For me the term limits is 5 years 2 terms and there is a re-election for the President. And from the Governor down the line, hanggang sa Guliang Bayan member, pareho po natin 5 years 2 re-election."

01:41 Q: SDS may release change of government? "That's part of my proposed resolution."

01:54 Q: But they're going to be pushing? "On term limits and the economic provisions."

02:00 Q: So walang change of government? "Wala. Wala po. Wala po sa akin."

02:04 Q: Nakakausap niyo po ba about ChaCha? "Nakakausap ng ibang mga kasama natin dito sa House. Pero still they're thinking na po ba pa do."

02:17 "Yung mga senador hindi naman magagalaw. There is still 6 years at saka 2 years. Hindi naman sila apektado sa aking proposed solution because my proposed resolution is only we will make it 2 terms instead of 3 years of 2 elections. We will make it 2 terms, 1 election bawat ang bawat ang bawat."

02:46 Q: But paano mangyari next year? "We will file a new one or we will use my RBH or resolution as a benchmark."

03:11 Q: What is the stand of Senate sa ChaCha for economic provisions? "Economic provisions di ba nando na? Magagalaw. Kaya meron tayong initial na PIP, People's Initiative. And we will start early next year para maalaman natin. Madali lang naman.
