00:24 operatives patrolled the area when they smelled a strange smell from a man smoking a cigarette.

00:31 We noticed a smell of a man smoking a cigarette, which is marijuana.

00:42 Then, there was a chase. He ran here, straight to the 4th floor.

00:48 The police were shocked when the suspects were actually repacking drugs.

00:54 They were given 3 kilos of dried marijuana, 3 packets of marijuana oil, and 7 grams of umaluy shabu.
