01:04 This Austin's very light, so I'm expecting this to be very good.

01:10 That is the pinza crust, the whole circular football, kind of throw it.
01:16 Maybe could have stayed in the oven a tad longer.
01:21 I love the way the crust just crumbled like that though.
01:26 Roman style is one of my favorite styles.
01:28 You don't see it everywhere in the States, but it's so crispy.
01:31 The undercarriage, I always give these high scores.
01:34 And this feels great, good weight.
