Lions Primed to Bounce Back: Reviewing Week 13 Matchup vs. Saints

00:07 even on the road against the Saints.
00:10 What do you make of that intriguing line on Sunday?
00:14 >> It's pretty interesting game, right?
00:16 We're trying to figure out,
00:18 are these teams what we thought they've been throughout the year?
00:22 Clearly the Lions rattled our cage a little bit because we thought maybe they're
00:26 pushing their way up into the elite teams in the NFL, and
00:30 then they can't protect golf at all.
00:32 A lot of the criticism has fallen on golf, but I watched every second of that game,
00:36 covered it live here on the grid, and he was under duress the entire game.
00:41 That dominant offensive line played nothing like it on Thanksgiving.
00:45 And you look forward at the Lions schedule, Bears, Broncos, Vikings, Cowboys,
00:50 Vikings again, they're gonna be favored in all of those games except at Dallas.
00:54 So the Lions have an opportunity here to go on a real run.
00:58 I do think this is a get right spot for the Lions, and
01:02 I know they're seen as a home team overall, but a few more numbers for them.
01:07 12 and three against the number on more than six days rest,
01:10 eight and two on the road against the number, and six and one on Sunday.
01:13 So when they're not in a prime time scenario, they're covering the games, and
01:18 10 and five in road conference games against the numbers.
01:22 On the other side of the coin, New Orleans, two and
01:25 13 at home versus teams with a winning record.
01:28 Dallas Cowboys get a ton of criticism for not beating winning teams.
01:32 The Saints against winning teams at home are not covering that number.
01:36 The four and a half can be scary, I get it.
01:39 But I think the Lions are gonna get back to business.
01:43 That little mini buy that they had, I think, is the proper way for
01:46 them to get back to where they were.
01:48 And I think the Lions are gonna rip off a few wins here before they play Dallas.
