For the carrot cake:
- 250 g flour

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 100 g brown sugar
- 175 g butter
- 320 g carrots (grated or shredded)

For the frosting:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g icing sugar
- 30 ml hot water
