00:10 Look, the letter has been written to the three-point committee on behalf of Justice Muzahir Naqvi.
00:15 This is the three-point committee that decides to settle cases in the Supreme Court after the Practice and Procedure Act.
00:21 In this letter, the respected Judge Justice Muzahir Naqvi says that the practice and procedure section of the law is not in the hands of the Supreme Court.
00:28 He is addressing the three judges and says that the request for Article 184(3) is prohibited and responsible for the 14 days of hearing.
00:39 Justice Muzahir Naqvi has also written in this letter that he has filed two requests against the Supreme Judicial Council on November 20 and 30.
00:47 And in these two requests, he has also requested for the court's approval.

01:04 He also said that if the Judicial Council decides to hold a hearing in the open court without filing a request, it will be against the law.
01:13 He also said that my request should be filed in the open court in front of a bench where the Judicial Council's members are not present.
