- 1/4 cup sugar

- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 organic lime
- 20 mint leaves
- 3 gelatin leaves

- Whipped cream (optional)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 ounce icing sugar
