00:00 Long ago several months ago. You talked about goals. You talked about championships
00:03 There's a big one out there, but the ACC championship
00:07 What would that mean for you guys to be able to perform Saturday and bring that back to Tallahassee?
00:11 It would mean a lot especially for the team
00:13 Knowing all we've been through especially with you know, bringing up Coach Norville to him
00:17 It'll mean a lot to get the ball back rolling for the fans and for the organization
00:22 Where are you guys at right now? I mean, this is your ninth straight game. I think after the bye week
00:27 I mean, how are you guys feeling? Is being this close to the finish line
00:30 Does that keep you energized enough to push through? Yeah, being close to the finish line. It take all the pain and the hurts
00:35 You know, just trying to finish. I know this next game ain't the last game, but getting closer to what we want to be
00:41 I think my biggest area for growing as a player and a person is
00:55 Consistency. You know, just being consistent at what I do. Keeping the main thing the main thing. Not getting discouraged and stuff. That's why I say consistency
01:03 To have the performance you had in the swamps, how cool was it? How good did it feel to be that productive?
01:09 Plus in the first half you guys really needed it
01:11 Yeah, I really wasn't paying attention to it. I just was making sure I made the plays
01:18 You know, we don't like them boys, so I was making sure
01:21 If nobody ain't gonna do it, I made sure I'm better to do it
01:25 That's how I'd say it then
01:27 Kind of adding on to that, Coach Mobell and Coach Fuller shot you out on Monday morning press conference. What did those words mean to you?
01:33 I mean, I appreciate the words, but you know, we got a lot more to go
01:38 I mean, I know for them they probably looking at it like, you know, it's good to have me finally playing good ball
01:43 But for me, I feel like I'm supposed to be in the game soon
01:46 I appreciate it though, but I ain't really too much wanted it, but I still appreciate it though
01:52 It's like, you know, the acknowledgement
01:54 Was Saturday your best game?
01:56 Yeah, I would say because I actually made the plays with no MAs, so I played a clean game
02:02 So I'm putting it up
02:04 Were you just being extra locked in? Was there anything you kind of attributed to why you were so productive?
02:10 Why was your best game?
02:12 I mean, me personally, I just fam-studying, situational awareness
02:16 Just knowing us, because with that game you just got to know what situations to pull up in
02:21 So, rival games, you just got to know
02:23 So, me playing in a lot of them games, I knew what to expect in certain situations
02:28 Do you like it when they call it safety threats?
02:31 Yeah, they been calling it all year, but yeah, for sure, I definitely appreciate that
02:35 Hopefully we get some more this week
02:38 After the flag deal and that tackle, you seemed to handle it pretty well
02:44 What was your thought process?
02:47 My thought process was, yeah, just being my career for the state, it was too good to be true anyways
02:55 I knew something was going to happen, I knew something was going to happen
02:58 I didn't even look back, because I was just too free, and I was like, yeah, I know something
03:03 But that wasn't even there, I didn't really pay attention to it
03:07 Were you able to put it behind you and go to the next play?
03:14 Yes sir, I would have made the next play, but they sent the tight end back and blocked
03:19 So he stopped me, then he ran in a free hold, that would have happened, but I would have made the next play too
03:24 What's changed about the league up to this point?
03:28 That we've been playing against them already
03:31 I ain't going to say they're the same, but we know each other already
03:35 Ain't too much ups and downs to say, but we know about each other already
03:39 What's the draft schedule like?
03:44 We're going to have to see, I ain't going to lie
03:47 We're Florida State, so we've got to see what it's going to be Saturday
03:52 Do they compare similar to anybody you guys have played this year?
04:00 I'd say they run a little similar run scheme to Florida
04:04 Passing wise, I like my corners and neckers to do their thing
04:09 I'm not going to help them the way I help
04:12 When you guys are down 12-0 against Florida, and they're getting the ball back in the plus territory
04:15 What's the mood like on the sideline, how do you guys go out there and get a crucial stop?
04:19 It'd really be a time for everybody to show their heart
04:23 It'd be a time to show if you're a man or not
04:26 Because we're down, everybody's against us, their fans all up and to it
04:30 It's a show that we all got, we all need
04:35 Is this an opportunity you guys need to get back on the road?
04:40 You guys dropped a win against the title, you need to get to a place where you can play off the team
04:43 This is part of the reason I came back
04:46 Being in this situation is a blessing
04:49 From all the work we put in, and for us to still be here and focus on the main goal
04:54 It's a blessing
04:56 we'll do on a fixed date. >> Okay.
04:58 >> Thanks, Keith. >> Thank you.
