00:00 >> You held the leading rusher in the Pac-12 for less than 50 yards, I think.
00:04 What all went into that?
00:05 What was the key in making that happen today?
00:08 >> Game planning, all week coach stressed about how we needed to stop the run.
00:11 And then all week here, we had the fourth quarter, third quarter playing in
00:15 the locker room, how we couldn't really stop the run last year.
00:18 And I think that was a big deal going into this game.
00:20 >> As someone that wasn't on that team,
00:21 what's kind of going through your mind when you see that playing in the locker room?
00:25 >> Yeah, I mean, I know my brothers, everybody on this team felt it.
00:27 So you can see the emotions on their face and how they wanted to get back for
00:31 this game.
00:32 And I'm a part of the team too, so I'm doing everything I can to help them.
00:36 >> How much do you guys celebrate this one,
00:37 knowing what's still at stake and what's going on next?
00:41 >> For us, we'll probably celebrate tonight and then a little bit tomorrow and
00:45 on to the next, gotta stay focused and next game's most important.
00:49 >> How much has the chance to play Washington, the one team that's beaten you,
00:53 that you've kind of been a carrot maybe throughout the year to keep you guys
00:56 motivated to get you back to this game?
00:58 >> Yeah, I just feel like that loss probably kept us balanced.
01:04 We not get too complacent, we already had a loss on the list.
01:07 Getting better every day, trying to chase that same goal to beat them.
01:10 >> It's an offensive line that doesn't give up a ton of pressure and
01:12 you guys did a pretty good job getting after BKU all night.
01:15 What does it mean to kind of outplay an offensive front that's just as talented
01:20 and as well disciplined as they are?
01:22 >> Yeah, it starts off with practice, scout team giving us a great look.
01:26 Preparing us for this game.
01:28 We knew what we had, what rushes we had going into it and
01:31 then we just went out there and did it.
01:33 >> How did it feel to get the partial sack on his brother?
01:36 >> Yeah, that was exciting.
01:38 We were telling him all week, sack your brother.
01:41 And he said he was gonna do it, so he did.
01:43 >> What's it like to put yourself in a vulnerable position where you do transfer
01:47 and you are changing schools and everything's new for you?
01:50 And the fact that it seems like it's going according to plan right now,
01:54 obviously there's games to be played.
01:55 But just what sort of satisfaction do you have in the decision that you made and
01:59 just kind of out here living it here as we're just about to head into December?
02:04 >> Yeah, going into this season or before this season,
02:07 you can watch this team on TV and see that they might have been missing a few pieces.
02:11 But all together, they was all there, so being a part of that team.
02:15 Just trying to help them.
02:16 And it's a great group of guys and they're all ready to play every week.
