00:05 Three weather systems are affecting our country.

00:08 This is the Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN, SHEERLINE and Easter Lees.

00:13 Because of this, we will still be able to see scattered rain in a large part of the region.

00:25 we are still able to see scattered rain and thunderstorms in the sky.

00:32 In Cagayan Valley, and in the province of Apayaw, Calinga, Mountain Province,

00:39 Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur,

00:47 and in Oriental Mindoro and Catanuanes.

00:51 Let me remind our countrymen in the mentioned areas,

00:55 be careful because of the rain that could cause flooding or landslides.

01:03 Meanwhile, the entire part of the province, including Metro Manila,

02:03 The high winds can reach up to 4.5 meters.

02:11 As for our weather outlook,

02:12 we will have fair weather for the next two days,

02:15 except for isolated rains.

02:18 But when Wednesday comes,

02:20 we are expecting rain in Legazpi City, Metro Davao, and Metro Cebu.
