00:05 Yes.
00:06 The core of APM is voluntary work,
00:10 where the function of APM is assisted by volunteers.
00:16 Some of them will be paid allowance with special payment.
00:20 However, we see the need for permanent and contract responsibilities,
00:27 in addition to APM,
00:30 especially to increase and strengthen the function of APM as a priority
00:36 to the authorities in charge of disaster management in the country and the region.
00:41 Because certain tasks in terms of asset management, for example,
00:49 we cannot leave it to those who are not officially appointed by the government.
00:56 It is not voluntary.
00:58 Therefore, there is a need for increasing assets,
01:02 a need to ensure a regular record,
01:07 and so on.
01:09 We need certain responsibilities.
01:11 And in terms of APM, we have extended it to the JPM, the Ministry of Finance,
01:17 and in the near future, we will present.
01:20 The JPM and APM will be assigned to the Ministry of Transportation.
01:25 And we hope,
01:27 especially,
01:28 there are many needs,
01:30 but I think the focus is on what I said earlier,
01:35 the need for contract and permanent responsibilities
01:39 to strengthen and strengthen the role of APM
01:44 as a priority to the authorities in charge of disaster management in the country and the region.
01:51 How many responsibilities are assigned?
01:53 There are many.
01:55 The APM will be assigned.
01:58 Thank you.
