00:00I am grateful to Allah SWT because since I became PM, I have been accompanied not only by my colleagues but also by the Prime Minister.
00:11He is a pillar of public service, Tansi Rizuki, as a KSN.
00:20And coincidentally, this is the last meeting for him as the head of state affairs.
00:38I took this opportunity to express my appreciation and gratitude.
00:45Although he has experience with the previous PMs, he is a truly professional.
00:54On the first day, his advice, his perspective, his suggestions are consistently the best for public service and for the country.
01:06So, I made a few suggestions for his perspective, including the implementation scheme that has been helped a lot by Mandahlan and the JPA.
01:21But we have to note that the role of KSN is very important.
01:27I sometimes call him because I am busy, sometimes on Saturday night.
01:31Because if I am busy, I call Eric Ahad.
01:34If I am on the phone, I don't know, I don't care about the time.
01:38But he is a figure of public service, a force that has never given a complaining, tired, or giving an excuse but looking for an answer as best as possible.
01:55And I don't mean to give extra praise.
02:00Sometimes when I hear a problem, I call him or text him at night.
02:07And I make sure that the answer is given as soon as possible to help me and the government to carry out the task as best as possible.
02:18And there are many other things that I can say.
02:23Because of that, I never said that he was complaining or having a hard time.
02:29No.
02:30And I said that.
02:34And the government is lucky.
02:38Because usually, if we look at the media, what is claimed is a weakness.
02:46For example, being late, or having a hard time.
02:49It's true, we don't deny it.
02:51But what is not given as a weakness is that the majority is serving, not only as a public servant in the sense of following the time and duties,
03:02but also giving all their devotion and energy for Nusa and the nation.
03:11Maybe there are many other people who are more dedicated and serving.
03:16But in my personal experience, in the government, leading this country,
03:23it makes it easier when we see the main figures in the public service are truly committed.
03:33And giving all their devotion.
03:37Time and energy.
03:41Including the weekend.
03:43And I know that those who are close to me know how I work.
03:47If I have a day off, Saturday, Sunday, night.
03:51I don't care.
03:52Now, I don't think about it.
03:53I think about it.
03:54Azizah told me.
03:55One night, he had a family commitment.
04:00It's okay.
04:01If he has a family commitment, he can tell me.
04:03I won't be angry.
04:04I said, okay.
04:06But that's it.
04:09Tan Sri Zuki KSN.
04:14He never gave a hint that he's having a hard time with the pressure and burden that I give him.
04:26And what else did I say other than appreciation?
04:30Of course, I remember his service.
04:33It's impossible for me to forget.
04:35But I want my friends, especially juniors, to see.
04:42And don't change your view.
04:48Because the view of Serong has changed.
04:52Including me.
04:53Since time immemorial.
04:54But see that in giving appreciation, he never denied the great contribution.
05:01I don't think this civil country can collapse.
05:05The civil economy is successful.
05:08The ringgit is stable.
05:10Investments come and go.
05:13And projects are carried out.
05:16It's impossible without the commitment and sacrifice of civil servants.
05:21And especially from those who encourage it.
05:25For example, in the field of political leadership, giving a firm view,
05:29you are not welcomed with confidence.
05:33And I put pressure on this because the early ranks like it.
05:36A new government.
05:38And a surprise in the political system in Malaysia.
05:43And the early ranks, the early years.
05:49Then he came to me with some firm views.
05:53With a harder way of working.
05:59Of course, it takes time.
06:02But yes, it's true.
06:04In civil service, it takes time to see the commitment and sacrifice.
06:09But among the figures mentioned,
06:15Tan Suzuki,
06:17I didn't see it from the first day I took office.
06:20I saw his commitment to continue fulfilling his duties as a civil servant.
06:27That we should be proud of.
06:29So, this morning, this is what I want to say.
06:32Where's Tan Suki?
06:36So, that's what I want to say.
06:39I want to say.
06:41So, believe me, in whatever our next task is,
06:50we can't forget the service, sacrifice, and service of a civil servant
06:58in civil service that we should be proud of.
07:02We should pray to Allah SWT.
07:04I don't want to say it's a requirement because there are other important tasks.
07:07But from civil service.
07:10Of course, I lost an important companion in civil service.
07:18But he has promised, he will be available as soon as possible
07:22to help with whatever is needed to make this civil service a success.
07:29So, thank you.
