00:00 I like how they've got the whole country behind them.
00:03 And then, they're just inspiring.
00:05 They've pushed through all these boundaries
00:07 for being a sport.
00:09 And I remember ever since I was a little kid
00:11 looking up to them and thinking maybe one day
00:15 I could be like them.
00:16 - These inspire me because obviously they're females
00:19 and having a bigger stage than any male football team,
00:24 especially like the World Cup, it's really inspiring.
00:29 Showing that girls can be the best too.
00:31 - The first game I went to,
00:34 I was actually one of the little mascots.
00:36 They were playing New Zealand football.
00:39 And I remember being really annoyed
00:41 that I got paired up with one of the New Zealand players
00:45 instead of the Matildas.
00:47 - I was born with a heart condition.
00:50 I'm pretty serious.
00:53 So you'll be able to play soccer,
00:54 I'm having a super night with me.
00:57 Just in case, please give my heart a deterioration.
01:00 - A little more than a year ago,
01:03 I was playing a soccer tournament actually.
01:06 And I kept getting really bad headaches and stuff.
01:11 And then came home from it
01:14 and slept for like a solid 24 hours.
01:17 I ended up going into hospital a little while later
01:20 and got diagnosed with leukemia.
01:23 Things are going well.
01:24 I qualified for the process with the Star Foundation
01:28 and I've always wanted to meet the Matildas.
01:32 They're at Munich, which is so cool.
01:35 And going is like always the one
01:38 that I'm watching on the pitch.
01:40 It's really meaningful because football is like my life.
01:43 I do it during the season, most days of the week.
01:48 And Matilda's a team I really look up to.
01:50 Really happy and good to meet her.
01:52 And yeah, dream come true.
