00:00I'm doing another race briefing, explaining the course so we can visualise it.
00:08We have had to stop this race because too many people followed the incorrect course.
00:14It was the fairest decision to make, given that this is a World Qualifier race.
00:20Everyone has jumped the same distance, approximately.

00:34This is a triangular course.
00:38We head out to your left, to the pink buoy.
00:44You follow a triangular shape out to the apex of the triangle, where the squirrellye floats are and the orange buoy.
00:56You then come around to this pink buoy, which is over to my right, where there is a paddler there.
01:04If you are doing the shortest sprint distance, you will do a hard turn and head back to the pink buoy, which is over to your left.
01:20When you have done the second lap of Sprint Athlete, you will sight this flag here.
01:28You will come off the pink buoy to my right and come up the beach.
