00:10 That way you can check out the content that Dr. Rob and I produce on a weekly basis.
00:14 So Dr. Rob, fourth down for Nebraska was not good.
00:17 Fourth down for Wisconsin, not much better either.
00:19 It really wasn't.
00:20 Now in the one particular play that we're going to look at, this is a giant what if
00:25 for Wisconsin in the sense that I'm not sure Nebraska defended it really all that
00:31 well.
00:32 In reality, I think Nebraska merely got lucky on this play.
00:35 Now it is a play where I think Nebraska actually does a really good job in the sense that it
00:41 was a great blitz call.
00:43 The blitz got there.
00:44 They didn't get the sack, but they rushed the pass.
00:47 But what I want people to look at is up at the top of the screen here are these three
00:52 receivers right there.
00:54 And the reason I say that is because what you're going to see on the play is some
00:59 guys coming almost sort of painfully wide open.
01:03 So you're going to have one guy come in and he's coming right down the seam here
01:08 and he's going to end up wide open.
01:11 Should have been a touchdown to him.
01:13 The other two guys are going to come out here in the flat and they're going to split
01:19 the other, well they should have two defenders on them.
01:22 They got one guy who has to try and cover one and really doesn't get either.
01:26 But I'm pretty sure I think it's this guy comes out and he's going to be hanging
01:31 out up here completely again, wide open.
01:35 Should have been a first down on the play.
01:37 But you've got a situation where on this particular play Nebraska's defense left two
01:42 guys just so completely wide open.
01:44 Now if you look right here, you're going to see he's coming completely wide open.
01:50 Quite frankly, it'd be a risky pass to make.
01:54 It's a doable one to him and I think that's who Mordecai actually ends up trying to dump
01:59 the ball on.
02:00 But right now, nobody's on him and he is about as completely wide open as you can get
02:05 on this play.
02:07 If you go ahead and let it play out here, what you're going to see here is it kind
02:12 of develops.
02:13 Mordecai gets rushed.
02:14 If he steps up into the pocket, you can see up at the top of the screen there on the 30
02:19 yard line how wide open the one guy was on that little out pattern there.
02:25 It's frustrating to see.
02:26 It's a little concerning to see because you had a great blitz call.
02:30 You got the rush on and the rush is what forced him to throw that ball.
02:35 Hurried.
02:36 Didn't get the ball where he needed it to be.
02:38 But at the same time too, you had two offensive players, two receivers, so completely wide
02:43 open.
02:44 Should have been at least a first down if not a touchdown on that play for Wisconsin.
02:48 If you want to hear more about that play in the Wisconsin game and the upcoming Iowa game,
