00:00 and better by game.
00:02 You know, his intelligence is extremely impressive.
00:04 His efficiency is really impressive.
00:06 But we talk about striking when the iron's hot
00:08 and playing your best football at the end of the season.
00:10 And right now we're playing really good football
00:12 with Bo Nix.
00:13 In the back, Matt.
00:15 What did you think of your defense
00:16 and the ability to just adjust on the fly?
00:18 I think they ran 17 plays.
00:20 Someone better than our quarterback.
00:22 Yeah, we told our guys today, hey,
00:23 the first minute they line up in gate,
00:25 you know that they can't beat you straight up, right?
00:27 They're telling you something.
00:28 And I think maybe it was the first play, right?
00:31 So our guys adjusted to it extremely well.
00:34 Our coaches made good adjustments on the sideline.
00:37 You know, we knew what we wanted our performance to look like.
00:39 You know, I'm sure all of us want to own the standard
00:42 a little bit better there at the end of the game.
00:43 But we had some of our guys
00:45 that we want to develop in our program
00:46 and get them some opportunities to develop and grow.
00:49 You know, but overall,
00:50 really proud of the way those guys played.
00:53 Second row, Jared.
00:54 What was the -- I know it's short,
00:56 but what was the post-game conversation like?
00:58 What did Kenny say to you?
01:01 No, just we both appreciate each other, right?
01:03 You know, it's not that long ago,
01:05 I was sitting here as a G.A. at Arizona State,
01:07 and Kenny was a high school coach in the back of that room.
01:10 And, you know, it's great to see where both of us
01:12 have been able to get.
01:13 It's about the people around us that have gotten us there.
01:15 So I know he's got, you know, big things to accomplish here.
01:18 I know the future's bright, but grateful for him,
01:21 appreciate him, and hopeful that he's able to get things going,
01:24 which I know he will.
01:25 Front row, James.
01:27 I'm realizing Troy touches the record today,
01:30 but it's really -- obviously, it's a season-long accomplishment.
01:33 What has he -- what has he meant to this offense?
01:36 What does he mean to his team this season
01:38 where he's going to make an argument
01:39 for best receiver in program history?
01:41 Yeah, best receiver in the nation, too, right?
01:43 I mean, this guy is the definition
01:46 of consistency right now.
01:48 You know, the quarterback knows exactly
01:50 where he's going to be at, and he's always there.
01:51 And when the ball's thrown his way, he catches it,
01:54 and then he'll turn a normal comeback route into a big game.
01:57 And he's a special player that comes to work,
02:00 that wants that ownership of what it means
02:02 to be an elite receiver and is owning that every day.
