00:33 failed to secure the deal that could have saved it.

00:36 Things only get worse when Ken Barlow reveals his concerns that Peter may be drinking again.

00:42 Together, they look around the flat and Carla is disappointed to find a bottle of whiskey

00:46 missing.

00:48 Things at the factory take an even worse turn when Carla and Sarah Platt realize they have

00:52 no way of paying their staff, unless they can get an urgent order out and agree cash

00:56 on delivery.

00:58 Carla tells a little white lie to the factory workers, assuring them that they will be paid

01:22 With Carla stressed to the max with the goings-on at the factory, Peter assures her that he

01:26 is happy to attend his alcoholics meeting alone.

01:29 However, Carla feels guilty for putting her work before her marriage, and she soon rushes

01:35 off to meet Peter ahead of the meeting.
