00:39The 38-year-old then reveals that her now fiance

00:42actually helped design the unique ring,

00:45calling it a once-in-a-lifetime slice of perfection.

00:53Kaylee and Tom first began dating in 2022,

00:56going on to welcome their first child together,

00:59daughter Matilda, in March 2023.
