00:00Bachelor Nation's Sarah Heron has welcomed twin girls. The former reality star who competed on
00:07The Bachelor in 2013 and later on two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise shares that she's given birth
00:13to her and husband Dylan Brown's daughters two months early. Posting a video July 6th on
00:19Instagram of her and Dylan cuddling their newborns in the NICU, Sarah writes, world meet Everett Ray
00:26and Colette Rose, Evie and Coco, born July 1st, 2024. Fraternal twin sisters, our little 32-weekers
00:35took us all by surprise a whopping seven and a half weeks early. The new mom continues, we're all
00:42adjusting to life in the NICU as we have a long road ahead of us. Undeniably filled with twists
00:48and turns, but the girls are fighters and getting stronger every day. We all are. We're so grateful
00:55for our care team and any continued prayers for our tiny warriors. The 37-year-old ends her post
01:02saying, today's plan, sleep, breathe, and grow. Welcome to the world little ones. My heart is
01:08completely outside of my body for these two miracles. This joyful news comes more than a
01:14year after the couple's first child, a son named Oliver, died after being born extremely premature.
01:21Sarah, who has battled infertility and undergone IVF to conceive her babies,
01:26announced she was pregnant with twins back in January. Documenting her pregnancy on social
01:31media, the Colorado advertising executive has been candid with fans on how she plans to share
01:37Oliver's memory with his sisters. Explaining in a June 24th IG post, I sat in the girl's nursery
01:44realizing that we've been here before. Not at this stage or in this house and certainly not with this
01:50many diapers, but we've been here. And even though we're adorning this room for the girls this time,
01:55Oliver still gets a place in our home too with his sisters. The bachelor alum then reflected on
02:01where she was in the grieving process as she prepared to welcome her twin girls. Saying,
02:07the process of grieving and moving on is unique to everyone, but I've always said that these girls
02:13will know Oliver's name. That they had a big brother who was one year older than them, and
02:18even though his soul wasn't able to stay and play, he'll be watching over them for eternity.
02:24Congratulations to the happy family!
