00:00 So it's played on a basketball court, so we have goals up either end.
00:04 The court's split into thirds, so pretty much like netball.
00:08 We have two forwards, two backs and a centre.
00:12 Two forwards can only go forward two thirds, the backs can only go the back two thirds.
00:17 The centre can go anywhere, but only the two forwards can score.
00:21 So we use a handball as classed as a kick, and an underarm throw is classed as a handball.
00:29 And it's not allowed to go above shoulder height, so you can't greenline throw it and
00:32 stuff like that.
00:34 We can't literally tackle someone, but you're allowed to touch the person, and then they've
00:40 got a few seconds to get rid of the ball.
