00:27 More Hamas targets were hit, especially their underground tunnels.
00:32 But according to the Gaza Health Ministry,
00:34 more than 3,500 children were among the victims.
00:38 As of now, more than 7,000 people have died in the war between Israel and Hamas.
00:46 Meanwhile, the International Committee of the Red Cross entered the Gaza Strip
00:51 in the first opportunity since the violent riots of October 7.
00:56 Six medical staff, four specialists and six aid trucks,
01:00 passed through the Rafah border crossing in Egypt.
01:04 According to the ICRC,
01:06 although a portion of the victims were transported,
01:09 their small convoy is not enough.

01:16 to alleviate the heavy burden of doctors and nurses in Gaza.
01:21 But humanitarian access to their group is still needed.
01:29 The International Committee of the Red Cross, the ICRC,
01:31 has finally been able to bring in some trucks
01:34 with urgently required medical items
01:37 that we hope to be distributing to hospitals
01:40 that are running out of supplies in the coming days.
01:44 We also have a team of specialists who are about to enter,
01:47 including surgeons and other medical teams
01:50 that will be supporting our response in the coming days and weeks.
01:53 Dominic Almilor, for the people.
