00:16 Congratulations to you both. Thank you very much. What does this award mean to

00:21 you? It means everything because this is all we are about. One of our main

00:26 aims is to be the best we can be for our customers and clients. A rich history

00:33 to the business. 250 years ago plus is it was established? Yes, I can't remember

00:38 the exact dates but yeah it's a long traditional law firm with a lot of

00:44 history. It's a great place to work. What makes it such a special, such a great

00:48 place to work would you say? It feels like a family business. It's a

00:52 family atmosphere. Everybody has a good laugh. I've worked for a few firms

00:58 and my god can they put on a good party. So yeah I'll give them that.

01:04 A good setting, good surroundings tonight then. And why is your customer

01:09 service better than your competitors would you say? What makes you stand out

01:13 amongst the rest? I think it is the atmosphere and the way that the

01:18 employees being made feel. You feel good about coming to work because you're

01:22 looked after and they do good things for you so you want to do good

01:26 things for other people. It's just a great place to be and the

01:32 customers tend to come back. We have a long history so

01:37 we have a lot of repeat customers and hopefully some new customers.

01:43 You know what a good party looks like? How's tonight's party been? It's been really

01:46 good so far. I've really enjoyed it. The singing. The guys doing the singing

01:51 were amazing. So I think we might get their number from somebody.
