01:58 Here, the residents were forced to sign the "Cease and Desist Order" against the house

02:03 issued by the Brooks Point LGU and the NCIP of Mimaropa or National Commission on Indigenous People.

02:09 But when the residents were able to leave, the house was also removed and the operation was continued.
