00:00 Yes, the SPMM. Is there any developments?
00:03 So far, the SPMM is getting documents from the Palestinian Security Forces
00:10 and also from the banks.
00:11 Because we will investigate in terms of money laundering
00:15 and also how the money has been spent by the Palestinian Security Forces
00:21 because there is a team of investors who say that this money is said to be misused.
00:27 So in our investigation, we need to look at where the money has been spent
00:34 and where the money has been spent.
00:36 And have they followed the rules or laws set by our country in spending the money appropriately?
00:44 Who has been called to the SPMM so far?
00:47 We have not called anyone yet, but cooperation from the Palestinian Security Forces
00:50 and from the director of the company has been approved.
00:53 Because at this stage, we have a lot of documents that we need to investigate
00:59 and I can say that we need to do a forensic for each of these documents.
01:03 So in terms of forensic investigation, we have not yet recorded the conversation,
01:11 but we are waiting for witnesses first and get an explanation,
01:15 especially from the parties involved in spending and also auditing the spent money.
01:21 Is it because of the financial situation that is not organized?
01:27 I am a true premature, I want to say again,
01:29 but the statement from many parties that argue about the spending
01:37 that was done by the Palestinian Security Forces.
01:39 Is the spending really used to make them victims in Palestine or not?
01:47 When did the HMB start calling for the investigation and explanation?
01:53 Actually, last week, after this issue came out in the media,
01:59 where I advised the SPMM to take a proactive action to investigate this matter,
02:05 even though there was no report on it.
02:07 Because these cases are classified as public interest cases or related to the spending of money.
02:13 Because this money is from our funds.
02:16 So we need to investigate this matter.
