00:00In terms of the DBKL advisory board documents that were received recently, what do these documents pertain to?
00:30We do not have the previous information. There is no form of verification made by the SPRM because we do not know.
00:39Therefore, I still maintain that the SPRM will no longer open the investigation file because we do not know the truth.
00:49Because not all cases can be stated from public information, whether it is on social media or the mainstream,
00:57can be investigated immediately. Because they are afraid, they are worried that there will be a rise or victimization against someone.
01:08Therefore, we leave it to the DBKL to carry out their first in-depth investigation.
01:15And our staff, the head of integrity, has indeed been placed there as a loan officer since last year.
01:22And my staff is also involved in the in-depth investigation.
01:26But in these two days, as I mentioned to the media, that we have also gained access to the documents that have been obtained by the in-depth investigation.
01:37That is why I said that we do not know what documents we want to take.
01:40So, based on good cooperation from the part of Datuk Sri Maimunah, they have also submitted documents to us.
01:50And those documents, of course, are related to the meeting minutes and so on.
01:57And the SPRM is studying the relevant information to look at only two issues.
02:02Whether there is a crime, the issue of crime, under our document, that is, the document on corruption prevention in 2009,
02:08either related to corruption or abuse of power, or the issue involving the governor and so on.
02:14So, I assure you, if you see a corruption issue, the in-depth investigation will be carried out as soon as possible.
02:23However, under Datuk Zaki, as I mentioned earlier, I have instructed the in-depth investigation to start the in-depth investigation.
02:34If there is an issue of integrity or in-depth investigation here.
02:39So, as soon as possible, I think today is Thursday, Friday.
02:43On Monday, I will update you, ladies and gentlemen.
02:45As for now, we are not calling anybody.
03:11Because this is not a proper investigation, or open investigation so far.
03:15So, we are not calling any witnesses.
03:17Now, we are analysing the document, we are citing the document.
03:21And then we are very sure, if there is any wrongdoing in terms of criminal or any kind of integrity issues,
03:29then we will consider of calling any person to assist in our, or to facilitate into our investigation.
