Putin: Ukraine's US-supplied weapon won't change war outcome

A Russian missile strike killed two civilians in southern Ukraine, while President Vladimir Putin downplayed the significance of a new US-supplied weapon, the ATACMS, used by Ukraine to target Russian assets. Putin expressed confidence in Russia's ability to counter such attacks. Meanwhile, Ukraine claimed to have destroyed nine Russian helicopters and other assets in occupied regions, as both sides aimed to strengthen their positions before winter.
