00:03 The rains continue to fall in a large part of Palawan,

00:07 along the trough or outer portion of this low-pressure area outside our area of responsibility,

00:13 and continue to move away to the central portion of Vietnam.

00:17 While the effect of the northeasterly wind flow continues,

00:20 or the wind from the north coast,

00:23 here in the extreme northern zone,

00:25 it brings a part of the cold weather and a weak rain.

00:30 We have not seen any typhoons around our area of responsibility,

00:34 and we do not expect any weather disturbance for the next three days.

00:38 In the next few hours or later tonight until Monday early in the morning,

00:43 expect high chances of rain here in Palawan,

00:47 along the trough or extension of this low-pressure area.

00:50 So, our fellow citizens here should be careful of possible floods or landslides.

00:56 In the next few hours, the chances of heavy rains in many areas of our country will also increase.

01:01 So, here in Luzon, the chances of thunderstorms over Ilocos region,

01:05 Abra, Benguet, several parts of Central Luzon, Calabarzon,

01:09 rest of Pimaropa, the chances of rain will increase, especially in Mindoro,

01:13 and here in Bicol region.

01:16 In Visayas, the chances of rain tonight will increase,

01:19 here in the eastern part of Visayas and northern portion of Cebu.

01:23 Meanwhile, in Mindanao, the chances of rain will be the highest,

01:26 here in the Caraga region, Davao Oriental and Davao Occidental.

01:30 So, be careful of possible floods or landslides in the next few hours,

01:34 and in other areas, such as Metro Manila,

01:37 the part of the region that is cloudy, up to cloudy skies, is possible.

01:40 And here in the extreme northern Luzon, only mild rain will be possible.

01:44 By tomorrow, October 16, Monday,

01:47 expect high chances of rain over Palawan,

01:51 because of the trough of low pressure areas, so bring an umbrella.

01:54 But for the rest of Luzon, expect weather conditions almost like today,

01:59 especially here in the rest of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon.

02:02 So, the chances of rain will be high,

02:04 here in the Marines provinces, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro,

02:08 only in the morning, but then for the rest of the day,

02:11 partly cloudy to cloudy skies are possible.

02:13 For Metro Manila, expect heavy rains, especially in the afternoon,

02:17 like in the surrounding areas, like Calabar Zone and Central Luzon.

02:21 While in Northern Luzon, expect partly cloudy skies,

02:24 and partly sunny skies,

02:26 with only mild rain and dry skies.

02:29 Temperatures in Metro Manila are possible to reach 32 degrees Celsius.

02:34 For our fellowmen in Visayas,

02:37 it's raining heavily, it's still early, this Northern and Eastern Summer,

02:40 but it's not affected by the typhoons or low pressure areas,

02:43 but only because of the localized thunderstorms.

02:46 And for the rest of Visayas, expect partly cloudy skies,

02:50 with high chances of rain in the afternoon,

02:53 but only for a short period of time.

02:55 While here in Mindanao, expect partly cloudy skies,

02:58 and partly sunny skies on Monday,

03:00 and expect maximum temperatures of 34 degrees Celsius in the afternoon,

03:05 especially here in Zamboanga City and Davao City,

03:08 and also in Cagayan de Oro City.

03:10 Then, when the sun sets, mostly cloudy skies,

03:15 and in some areas here in Northern Mindanao and Sokstad Gen,

03:18 the chances of localized thunderstorms are high,

03:20 and it's not affected by the typhoons or low pressure areas.

03:23 For the next three days,

03:26 we don't expect any gale warnings,

03:28 but expect the high tides in the extreme Northern Luzon,

03:31 followed by northeasterly wind flow.

03:33 The high tides are up to two and a half meters high,

03:36 or in the middle of a house.

03:38 It's dangerous for small sea vehicles,

03:40 especially for fishermen.

03:43 For the rest of the country,

03:45 the high tides are possible,

03:47 sometimes, if there are only thunderstorms.

03:50 And for the next three days,

03:52 as I mentioned earlier,

03:54 the northeasterly wind flow is still there,

03:56 coming from the east coast of the Northern Luzon,

03:58 which will bring partly cold temperatures,

04:01 and partly light rain.

04:03 While here in the rest of the country,

04:05 expect generally hot weather,

04:07 accompanied by short rains.

04:09 The weather here in Palawan is good.

04:12 In Central Manila,

04:13 Tuesday to Thursday,

04:15 expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

04:17 There will be short rains,

04:19 usually in the afternoon and evening.

04:21 For our fellowmen and citizens of Mamacan, Fuervagio City,

04:25 October 17 to 19,

04:27 expect generally sunny mornings.

04:29 In the afternoon,

04:31 possibly up to 23 degrees Celsius maximum temperature.

04:34 In the afternoon,

04:36 expect dry rains,

04:38 followed by northeasterly wind flow.

04:41 For our fellowmen and citizens of Cabiculan,

04:42 if here in Legazpi,

04:44 expect low chances of rain.

04:48 But here in the Marines Provinces,

04:50 especially in the Marines Norte,
