Pumpkins at Stoke Fruit Farm Shop

Stoke Fruit Farm Shop in Hayling Island, are getting ready for Halloween with their fantastic display of pumpkins.

00:04 We are at Soap Fruit Farm on Hailing Island and this is our little pumpkin patch we've got here.

00:11 Yeah, a little pumpkin yard.

00:13 Lots of beautiful pumpkins, lots of different squashes which are really great for cooking with.

00:18 And they look good too for parties.

00:21 Yes, really good for parties.

00:23 Good variety for carving.

00:25 The children get ever so excited when they come down.

00:30 And we love it, love Halloween.

00:32 Brilliant. So tell me what else there is.

00:35 I noticed there's a giant Mr Blobby.

00:38 Yes, Mr Blobby there.

00:40 Yeah, he takes a bit of his food.

00:41 So there's a scarecrow festival on the island every summer.

00:44 This was our entry for this year.

00:46 And he was so good we didn't want to dismantle him so we just thought we'd bring him over and put him in the pumpkin yard.

00:51 And he seemed quite happy over there.

00:53 Brilliant. So you opened up last weekend.

00:57 So tell me what the reaction was like.

01:00 Well, excitement, yeah. People couldn't wait to get in.

01:04 Like my colleague said, loads of kids really loved it.

01:07 Adults loved it as well.

01:09 Lots of photo opportunities, lots of Instagram, lots of vloggers come round, have their pictures, do little videos.
